2156 Randpark Ridge No fibre since 5 September 23, reported it to Telkom who have no clue. Have a reference number, but no updates. We work from home and this is affecting our business. Please can we have and update when this will be fixed? Who is going to pay for the extra data we have to use? No one, I guess its the norm to just take people's hard earned money and we must just accept that there is not service for what we pay. Really Pathetic!

2156 Randpark Ridge No fiber since early morning 5/9/2023 and no updates. Logged a fault with Telkom via the call center who themselves were not aware of the outage and unable to share any insights. Telkom reference number received, but no feedback since then. Telkom should advise their users of the problem and an ETA - not an unreasonable request.

Randpark Ridge, Randburg. No fibre since 6am, 05-09-2023. No feedback from Openserve and Telkom as to what the issue is. The Openserve app is pathetic. It shows my network is working even though a call is logged and the app picked up connectivity issues.
