Hi, Rain was a very good service provider for us in Nkomazi, but it seems that those days are gone, the rain tower is working up and down and i think the problem is the maintenance side. It is a pity because we will have to take another service provider. Welcome to RSA

My rain network has has been off since yesterday, the router shows the red light, tried to switch it off then on but the same thing occurs, now I have to buy data on my phone to Hotspot my laptop do that I can work, while I paid R560, no ma'an this is annoying and it's not the first time this happens, I'm definitely canceling my contract ???? ????

I have been offline for 3 days. I have called over 10 times .. and this jargon is not helping. Me n my wife work from home... My usage is over a terrabyte a month , So now I have be off budget and buy mobile data due to the not so clear issue of connection. All agents cant give an SLA for the tickets logged, Meaning the ticket can attended even 2050 since there is a not SLA.

Since this morning, I've had no network signal on my Rain service. I've attempted three different Rain SIM cards, yet there's still no connection. I'm currently in Crystal Park. What might be causing this issue, and could you please help rectify it? It's quite frustrating.

Day 2 without service. Phones go unanswered, I can't download the app, because I have no internet!!!!! Come the 1st,you are quick to disconnect if no payment is made. Why am I paying for a service I'm not receiving? Furious!

Frankly, the level of dissatisfaction I am currently experiencing renders the phrase "I am disappointed" as a severe understatement. After multiple complaints and follow-up calls, the activated sim cards provided to me have failed to meet even the most basic requirements for a functional service. As it stands, the 4G connectivity remains entirely inactive, failing to register any network whatsoever. Moreover, the 5G wifi connectivity, although briefly connected for a mere five minutes, consistently switches off without warning. This predicament forces me into the arduous task of reconnecting the Rain wifi router every ten minutes – a wasteful and time-consuming obligation that significantly hampers my ability to work effectively. Given the integral role a stable internet connection plays in my professional responsibilities, it is simply inconceivable for me to fulfill my obligations under such circumstances. This situation impairs my productivity and jeopardizes my reputation as an employee. I find it unacceptable that I am left grappling with this inherent and protracted inconvenience due to the service rendered by your company. Therefore, I must insist that you promptly retrieve the defective units that were delivered to me and immediately process a refund. It is essential that this matter be resolved without delay, as the impact on my work and overall livelihood cannot be overstated. I urge you to acknowledge the gravity of this situation and respond accordingly. I trust that, as a responsible company dedicated to customer satisfaction, you will expedite the necessary actions to rectify this deplorable situation. My expectations lie firmly with your commitment to providing high-quality service and ensuring customer loyalty. Failure to address this matter promptly and adequately will force me to pursue alternative options to meet my data service needs. I kindly request a written confirmation of the arrangement for the retrieval of the faulty equipment and an assurance of the refund process to be initiated without further delay. COMPLETELY NON-FUNCTIONAL. Rain has been really slow the past few weeks, but the last 3 days were the worst, it went from really slow internet to being completely non-functional, it straight up doesn't work, like at all. No word from rain and we pay R500 a month, this has got to be illegal

Rain 5G has been down for 3 full days with no communication to subscribers of the issues at hand. Calling the support is a waste of time because they can't tell one anything that convinces you the problems are being attended to.

I've had rain for more than 1 year now but recently I am having too many problems with reception. I have to work from home but with the poor service in this are, I will have to look at another service provider. I cannot log calls every time I have no reception and then wait for someone to reset. This is just ridiculous. If rain cannot cover this are, then do not sell the service.

1609 Edenvale Towers down, no explanation as to why it's down, no ETA on solution. I put in a cancellation and am getting fibre instead.of this rubbish network.
