Rain is utter S**T. My download does not go above 5mb/s but my upload is 30mb/s. After 1AM I get 30mb/s download. What scaly business are you running? My MTN gives me 100mb/s no matter what time I want to use it. Rustenburg 0350

Rain network and/or signal is non-responsive even though the router shown good signal strength. This is the status 60-70% of the time which makes it unusable and basically useless. I am cancelling and investing in fibre. Brackenfell 7560

I have been without internet for the past 4 days and I can't even reach Rain 's offices. Their number is on a loop and it keeps on taking me back to the main menu. This is so frustrating. I'm in the Edenvale area. Can we please get coverage.

Im allocated in Gauteng,Benoni Crystal park. I haven't been able to access internet for 2days now and my account is up to date. I wasn't even able to reach rain when i called them I am so frustrated as most of my worknneeds to be done online. Can someone please assist on how to reach rain.

I have been without internet for a whole week now, getting messages that my account is in arrears, and it is completely up to date, with electronic payments going off every month in the 5th. I am so frustrated with your service and not being able to contact you, and the only number you have cuts one off at the end. Rain has to be th emost useless system available in South Africa. You cannot ping 192.168.8.1 which means that there primary site is offline They sghould have their licence revoked because of their inability to provide even a semblance of service. I am switching to Fibre and cancelling both my licences.

I'm utterly unhappy with Rain I logged a ticket 5 times and out of the 5 I got 1 call back .. when I spoke they said the tower in my area is down .. I never had a issue with them I had great internet but then poof only 2mbps download speed can't even connect my cells to in cause it says no internet. I need the high speed for my live game streams that's all ... if you do not get your things sorted out and assist your customers we all will leave and go to a decent provider that will assist when needed .. I also logged a complain in the Rain app .. I got some excuse please log a ticket .. I'm regretting join Rain .. They quick on taking money and not giving guidance. I'm utterly disappointed in you #Rain

0018 PTA west Still no connection from 12 September 2023 3pm . I tried calling but I'm being put through to hold. I've wasted 145 worth of airtime on hold... Bad service provider ! Let's leave RAIN in large groups ! The company is very active when signing up for it but their rude and mean when you need their assistance with their service. I'm leaving rain permanently and going to TELKOM for a better SERVICE ! I'd rather pay extra than to be treated like SH#T !

At 7pm the is no network coverage with rain then l call them, 3 people having a conversation about baby daddies, l even recorded them. No this is very unprofessional of rain employees and very incompetent. I cannot be associated with such.

1559 , never internet. We call them they say they are upgrading for our convenience. This is 3 weeks out of a month was even promised my money back on pro-rata never happened. You can complain all you want they dont care
