Internet lte down Primrose Germiston. Telkom is one big joke for service. And staff wasting oxygen because they cannot help and no knowledge of telkom technical issues. I am going to cancel

this is a joke i have a uncapped telkom lte package but my internet gets cut off with a message that says bundle expired ....fine lets phone telkom customer no support ..the give you another number to phone ..nope they transfer you ..nope they transfer you again ...and the last idiot in the line says no go back to this department ...then you are begging them to help and they give you number to phone and every single number they give says ( the number does not exist ) ....before i joined telkom i knew they were trash ..but i moved to a area with not so great signal ...but wait telkom says they cover that area in full .....ok hope's are up and the desperation to have internet impaires the judgement ...so i join telkom and guess what ....i cant do anything ....load up a app or game the ping jumps from 250 ms to 5000 + ms every 2 minutes or more ...cant watch netflix ..cant do anything ....i would rather lose a leg than recommend you're services to anyone ....elandsvlei randfontain

Pretoria Bon accord 0009 have no internet. Getting 2 meg line and have a 50 meg line with Telkom LTE
